Grand Master Choa Kok Sui – A Genius par excellence!

Grand Master Choa Kok sui was born in Philippines on 15 August, 1952. He was born in a well to do family, and was one among many brothers and sisters. His interest in Spiritual studies began when he was still in school, he had started learning all there was to learn about the Esoteric world and spent over 18 years researching on Ancient Yogic Techniques, Magnetic healing, Theosophy, Rosicrucian Healing, Shamanic Healing, Chinese medical Chi kung and the other techniques to eventually bring about the Science behind the Art of Healing practised in ancient times. He was blessed to have a Guru in the inner world and spiritual guides in the outer world to guide him through the entire process and in turn he brought to the world what we call the modern Pranic healing and Arhatic Yoga techniques which have helped millions across the globe to heal from illnesses where medicine and modern science hit a roadblock, not only that, he brought to the world Oneness among all religious schools, the higher courses bring to light the unity among all religious belief systems and eventually help us realise our true selves, our purpose in this world and practical steps on how we can help release our Soul of the Karmic cycles of pain and suffering. He helped us understand relationships, life & death from a totally different perspective.

He also managed to spread the teachings across 120 countries in the world in a very short span of time. He truly lived up to the meaning of his name “The Fortune of the world” and we are truly fortunate to have a Guru like him in our lives. When you are connected on a Soul level, you are always connected, even if the person’s physical body has passed on!

My search for meaning in life began when I was still in school, I always felt like a misfit. Obviously I did not know why but most of the things about people and society used to puzzle me, I was one of those kids who had a "But Why” for everything, until I realised that people really did not have an answer to my “Why’s” rather they at times did not even understand my question or the reason behind my questions.

Soon, like most of us I started making peace with my situations and got caught in the race of life.. had a lot of issues towards society at large, was one of those who would always fight for the underdog and not know where it came from, needless to say most of the times it came out in a negative light.

However I consider myself very lucky that at the core of my heart I still retained that thirst for knowledge and did not lose myself in the race of life completely and I do owe that to my family. My parents believed more in good karma and good deeds than in worshiping statues or pictures of Saints and rituals. We never had any puja etc at home, I think ours was one home where we never even had Diwali puja. Do good, keep your conscious clear, don’t hurt anyone were the rules to go by while I was growing up, no one told me worship this Guru or that one, the choice was ours if we wanted to or not, however I needed someone to connect with, I needed a guide and Sai babaji Chose me ( it is always the Guru that chooses you) for which I am ever so grateful. He was always by my side in my up’s and down in my struggles of life, silently guiding me towards my path and keeping me safe, I used to get my answers but it took time and sometimes I wasn’t sure if I could trust what I was getting intuitively.

I kept searching, and one day when the outside world thought I had everything going for me, a successful career, a happy family life, a happy go lucky attitude, amazing family. I was internally feeling empty and lost… like this is not what I wanted.. this is not why I signed up to come into this life…..I wanted more.. I prayed… I prayed with passion in my heart… “Sai Babaji, I need something more meaningful in life, I need to do something, I don’t know what but this is not what it is..”

As a kid I always wanted to become a doctor, only because I got comfort in the fact that I could help someone, however I had also lost faith in medicine very young in life, so I started studying Homeopathy, Ayurveda, Acupuncture and everything I could lay my hands on, but I always felt there was something more and they all seemed incomplete.… Then one blessed day I finally came across the Basic Pranic Healing class while searching online, and I decided ok, let me try this! I went to the address mentioned and it seemed like no one was inside, I hesitated to ring the bell, wondering whether I am in the right place or not, I turned around and said, “Chuck it, I’ll just go back home.” However as was the wish of the Guru, someone opened the door and asked if I had come for class and that was the beginning of my journey in Masters’ school.

I was always skeptical about the new age Guru’s as was the reputation of most of them those days, however the teachings made sense to my logical and intuitive brain, we were not asked to believe anything blindly and were taught to scan the energy of things/people and check for ourselves, I decided to go along with it, however it was not until I did Arhatic Yoga that suddenly all the teachings fell in place and I got what I was looking for, I realised I was in the right place and my Guru had found me, my guide who could solve all the puzzles in my mind and put things in place, he is a genius par excellence, the methods of teaching, the teachings and the explanations of every religious text, the understanding of the basic nature of God/ Universe, it all started to make sense. He gave us a strong rooting to our spiritual journey ahead. All my “Why’s” started getting answered and my Soul was finally at peace with this life, not only did it all start to make sense, but I realised I had the power to change my life for the better. Things which seemed impossible became a cake-walk and the most important thing was that I realised my Souls purpose, the reason why God brought me on this planet.

The meditations and teachings are so simple yet super effective, it changed my life completely and life became a beautiful journey thereon…
